jAvVy Polices and Practices

Joining jAvVy is 100% Free and there are no listing fees. All members will have unlimited access to all parts of the system. Publishers will also enjoy access to the "Manage Your Own Ads" feature that is targeted to those selling advertising outside of the jAvVy system but want to use jAvVy to automate and manage those sales. The only fees are related to a final sale commission and payment processing -i.e. paypal fees and merchant fees.

For those who wish to receive direct payments, lower commission fees, and a maximum cap on commissions, jAvVy offers "Dedicated Stores" which will keep all of your inventory exclusively in your store and will allow you to receive payment for your sales directly. For clarification, there are no listing fees and no monthly fees for advertising to be sold within thejAvVy inventory. We only earn commission if a seller makes a sale. There are also no fees associated with a member buying from our inventory. The price stated is the final price.

jAvVy takes great pride in the high quality of publisher sites in its network and strives to maintain that excellence by constantly monitoring publishers to be sure they are upholding their agreements properly and ethically.

All attempts will be made to ensure that links are placed timely and accurately and that those links will remain in place for as long as the term of the agreement between jAvVy and the advertiser.

Anti-Spam Policy
jAvVy does not tolerate spam of any kind, and reserves the right to cancel any advertisers accounts -without refund- if an advertiser is caught deliberately spamming search engines or sending email spam or other forms of spam. Search engine spam includes keyword stuffing on the advertisers site, promoting a known "banned" or "blacklisted" site (includes Google Grey Bar, Yahoo! Blacklist, or any other well-known search engine blacklist indication). Special cases will be considered if a webmaster can prove a ban was issued unfairly.

jAvVy itself will also never spam its users -a policy any reputable company should uphold. We will never send unsolicited email and our sign up process is double opt-in with an additional level of opt-in to receive "Link Match Notifications."

jAvVy ensures that your personal or business information will be closely guarded, never sold or rented, and only provided to publishers in a limited fashion and on a need-to-know basis.
